ICL Offers FTL services to and from Turkey to nearly all the Eastern European countries. With the EU Development Program Eastern European countries have become a very powerful source of competition for Turkey.
Now that customs restrictions have been eliminated and trading is increasingly easier for the countries in this region, the trade volumes from this region to Europe have grown. Due to this reason, Turkey has lost some of its advantages as a sourcing country for Europe.
However, this issue has brought about a different need for European companies. As they move their manufacturing plants to countries like Hungary, Poland and Romania, their need for a reliable service provider to Turkey from this region has arose. With Western European companies starting up manufacturing plants in these countries, most of their local and global logistics service providers have followed them to play a part in these countries as well. However, nearly all of these service providers are concentrated on logistics services and when it comes to international transport and trucking, they simply act as a basic freight forwarder.
ICL is an expert on transport services between Eastern European countries and Turkey. Apart from its own fleet with Turkish plate numbers, it also owns a company and fleet in Romania that is able to provide faster and more flexible service to its customers.
