ICL have seperate Customer Care departments for Turkish and international companies. Every customer working with ICL receives a primary and secondary customer care specialist for assistance.

Customer Care Specialists (For Turkish Customers)

ICL Customer Care Specialists are trained to service their customers for all the services ICL provides. Customer Care Specialists are chosen from people that have previous operational training. They go through several trainings before taking active duty. "Effective communication skills on the phone" and "stress management" is just some of these trainings.

The key role of ICL Customer Care Specialists are

1. Acting as a key contact in ICL for an existing or new customer in Turkey
2. Introducing ICL services to potential customers from Turkey
3. Follow up on the active shipments of their dedicated or key customers in Turkey

International Customer Representatives (Foreign Customers)

ICL works with selected carriers and local partners in Europe and CIS. Some of ICL's international customers prefers to deal directly with ICL. For such customers ICL offers the dedicated services of its international Customer Representatives team. ICL International Customer care teams are fully equipped and trained to deal with customers of all scales from around the world. International customers are also encouraged to use ICL 's on line e-transport services to order transport services without even contacting ICL. International customers using this service can order and follow up on their shipments on line, as well as viewing ICL performance and service reports.
