Even though we are a fast growing company, we try to hold onto the family spirit. This is one of the reasons why ICL management tries to run a flat organizational structure. ICL management works very closely with its employees, which we believe, is one of the key reasons for our success.

Every year, ICL hosts several conferences for employees to meet with each other. These motivational gatherings are organized in order to provide a better working environment for ICL employees. ICL customers are also invited to some of these events so that they may meet the people on the other side of the phone.
